Tier 2 Lead: Deskside & Executive Support Leader

The ideal candidate is a service-oriented technical leader with deskside and executive support experience. You will lead Tier 2 deskside activities, coordinate incidents, promote strong customer interaction, and help improve performance across enterprise environments.
