The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.
- Execute welding processes including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Conduct quality inspections on welds and finished products.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME).
- Experience with various welding techniques.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem Solving.
- Communication.
