RecruiterJob Location: Indianapolis, IN / Columbus, INJob Duration: 3 months (possible extension)Job Description:Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skillsBasic ability to work independently and manage one's timeUsing computer database, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls.Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skillsPrepare and maintain employment recordsContact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selectionInform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizationsSupporting pipeline management and the conversion to offer process.Basic ability to work independently and manage one's timeBasic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activitiesBasic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and trainingBasic knowledge business and management principles involved in strategic planningPrevious experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and ExcelMust have great organizational skills and most importantly is recruitment experience in either agency and/or inhouseJob Requirements:Typically has a Bachelors degree, or equivalent training, and experience in recruiting or sales.Education/Experience Bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent training required 2-4 years customer service related experience requiredResponsibility level - Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor
