We are looking for Employment Specialist-Recruiters to join our team on the west side of Indianapolis. We have 2 offices located on the west side of Indianapolis and Lebanon. A successful Employment Specialist/Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and assist with hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline; and building relationship with clients who use Express for staffing. Since 1995 our Indianapolis office has been a leader in the industry and is one of the top offices in the entire company with over $20 million in sales. $45-50k salary depending on experience, + uncapped commission Excellent Benefit package: Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K and Profit Sharing Responsibilities: Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Source and recruit candidates by using recruiting databases, ATS, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships Build influential relationships with hiring managers and manage key accounts. Qualifications: No staffing, recruiting, or HR experience is required.
