Recruiter Position at Tom Wood IncTom Wood Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, identifying top talent, and supporting our hiring managers to build a strong workforce that aligns with our company values and goals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic company while advancing your career in talent acquisition.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Manage job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.Support onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Friendly and inclusive company culture.Why Work Here?At Tom Wood Group, you’re more than an employee—you’re a part of a family-owned company that has been serving communities for over 50 years.
