In this role, your work directly supports environments where healing, care, and connection happen—every day.What You Will DoAs theRegional Healthcare Manager, your primary responsibilities andobjectivesinclude:-Drive new business development within the healthcare market, with a heavy focus onidentifyingand converting high-priority opportunities-Build,maintain, and grow strong relationships with healthcare clients, dealers, and A&D partners across the NYC and NJ region-Serve as the regional healthcare subject matter expert, influencing customers and internal teams with market insight and strategy-Collaborate closely with dealers to deliver value-driven solutions and strengthen alignment across shared accounts-Develop and execute critical account strategies in partnership with regional leadershipSupport growth in healthcare RFPs and expand Steelcase’s presence across the healthcare portfolio(This role is approximately 70%new businessdevelopment and field-based activity, and 30% existing accountmanagement.)Minimum QualificationsCandidatesmust meet all minimum qualificationsto be considered:-Bachelor’s degree in a related field-7+ years of industry experience, withdemonstratedsuccess in sales-Provenhealthcare sales experience-Strong knowledge of and ability to cover theNYC and New Jersey market-Ability to work independently in a field-based, highly relationship-driven roleDesired Skills and ExperienceThe following qualifications are notrequired, but will differentiate candidates:-Established relationships with healthcare customers, dealers, and/or A&D firms in the NY/NJ market-Strong understanding of dealer networks and how to influence multiple stakeholders-Experience leading complex new business development efforts within healthcare-Ability tooperateas a trusted advisor and thought partner with customers and internal teamsWorking Style & Environment-Hybrid work model withsignificant timespent in the field with customers and dealers-No set working hours, with flexibility to manage time based on client and business needs-Regular travel throughout the NYC and New Jersey region is expectedDoing Better for People and PlanetWhen we do better, we help the world work better.Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
