Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily activities of the maintenance team in a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This position oversees maintenance personnel, drives equipment reliability, ensures compliance with food safety standards, and partners with operations to support safe and efficient production. The ideal candidate combines strong maintenance leadership with food manufacturing experience and the ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable. Required Experience Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing maintenance Previous food manufacturing experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of: Food safety requirements GMPs Maintenance practices within a food production environment Experience supervising maintenance personnel and leading teams Strong mechanical maintenance background Experience creating and maintaining: SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) OPLs (One Point Lessons) PMs (Preventive Maintenance procedures) Experience with CMMS systems Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AllSTEM Connections is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
