Maintenance Supervisor — Prosser, WA

$85,690 – $95,000 per year + 6% target bonus + relocation assistance

Talent ACQ is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor for a high-volume fruit processing and ingredient manufacturing plant in Prosser, WA. This is a direct-hire role with our client.

You will lead a crew of 13–17 mechanics (3–4 per shift) in a facility of about 100 employees, keeping processing, packaging, and utility equipment reliable through peak season.

Responsibilities

▪    Supervise, schedule, and develop the plant maintenance team across shifts

▪    Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs and PM compliance

▪    Lead mechanical troubleshooting and repair on processing and packaging equipment

▪    Plan and prioritize maintenance work in a fast-paced production environment

▪    Write and maintain SOPs, One Point Lessons (OPLs), and PM procedures

▪    Manage work orders, equipment history, and parts through the CMMS

▪    Ensure food safety, GMP, and plant safety compliance in all maintenance activity

▪    Partner daily with Operations and Plant Leadership on production support

▪    Support capital projects and major maintenance events from planning to execution

▪    Coach, mentor, and hold the team accountable to clear performance standards

Required qualifications

▪    Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing maintenance

▪    Strong mechanical maintenance background with hands-on troubleshooting ability

▪    Experience creating SOPs, OPLs, and preventive maintenance procedures

▪    Experience using a CMMS

▪    Working knowledge of food safety requirements and GMPs

▪    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Preferred qualifications

▪    Food or beverage manufacturing experience

▪    Industrial refrigeration experience

▪    Boiler systems experience

▪    Project management experience

Schedule

▪    Day-shift based: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM depending on operational needs

▪    Extended hours during planned maintenance activities

▪    Periodic weekend work for projects and major maintenance events

Compensation

▪    $85,690 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience

▪    6% target annual incentive bonus

▪    Tier 1 relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
