Job Description
Deliver stable operations for one or more software products: Monitor key performance metrics, Investigate and solve performance problems and recurring incidents, Train users on our products; and Automate or design self-service tools for frequent user requests and incidents. Travel required 10% of the year (domestic/international). Offering salary of at least $159,568.24 to $161,568.24 per year depending on education and experience. 40 hours per week.
