DBS Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Support Technician to assist with a variety of shop and manufacturing activities. This is a hands-on position supporting fabrication, assembly, material preparation, and general production operations.

Responsibilities
Assist production personnel across multiple departments as needed
Drill, cut, and prepare material for fabrication and assembly
Build pallets, fixtures, and work aids as required
Stage materials for production activities
Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
Support fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing operations
Perform basic shop maintenance and organization tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform other production-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or shop experience is preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
