Accounting Intern

Responsibilities Keep things running smoothly with admin support (emails, data entry, calls, coordination) Respond to client, partner, and prospect messages and inquiries with professionalism and personality Support special projects and ideas—we’realways building something new Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; rising juniors and seniors preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial terminology. Ability to assist with accounting data entry, recordkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and other administrative accounting tasks. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required. Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with financial and business information. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a willingness to ask questions and learn. Authorized to work in the United States and located in Greensboro, NC. Must be able to work 20 hours per week, with occasional flexibility based on department needs.
