Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, establish clinical diagnoses, and devise personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities that align with each client's treatment goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community outreach specialists to offer a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment methodologies, and available resources within the community.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and conferences to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families, each bringing unique challenges and stories. You will work specifically with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions, helping them cultivate coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications

• A valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, alongside a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience

• Previous exposure to telehealth service delivery is highly desirable, enhancing your ability to connect with clients in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits
