This position offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a busy outpatient urgent care setting. Providers will treat patients ranging from 6 months old through adulthood, with a focus on acute illnesses, physicals, diagnostic services, and minor procedures.Job Type: PermanentSpecialty: Urgent CareProvider Type: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Location: Northshore, TennesseeSetting: Outpatient Urgent CareExperience Required: Minimum of 1 yearEMR: ExperitySchedule: Flexible 3–4 day work week Block scheduling availableClinic Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Weekends: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMClinical Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.Perform school, sports, annual, and pre-employment physicals.Administer vaccinations.Interpret X-rays and laboratory results.Perform minor procedures under local anesthesia.Provide episodic care and diagnostic services for patients from 6 months old through adulthood.Document patient encounters and treatment plans in the EMR.Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and quality care.Practice Environment:Outpatient urgent care setting. On-site CLIA-approved laboratory and digital X-ray services. Additional provider support as patient volume increases.
