This involves meticulous patient assessment, the development of individualized treatment plans, and continuous patient education to promote health and manage chronic diseases effectively. To be successful in your role, you will strategically diagnose and treat adult illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and provide comprehensive primary/specialty care under the supervision of a physician.
