# Part-Time Office Assistant

**Location:** Warren, OH
**Pay:** **$18.00 per hour**
**Schedule:** Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | **8:00 AM 5:00 PM**
**Position Type:** Temporary with the potential to become **Full-Time** for the right candidate.

Mancan Staffing is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused **Part-Time Office Assistant** to join our team in Warren, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and being part of a fast-paced office environment. The right candidate may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

### Job Responsibilities

* Welcome applicants and assist them through the application process.
* Conduct applicant interviews.
* Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
* Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
* File and organize paperwork.
* Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
* Contact candidates to schedule interviews and encourage them to complete the application process.
* Perform light telemarketing and recruiting calls to generate applicants.
* Assist with general office and administrative duties as assigned.

### Qualifications

* Previous office, administrative, customer service, or recruiting experience is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable answering phones and speaking with applicants and customers.
* Basic computer and data entry skills.
* Organized with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Reliable with excellent attendance.
