Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Commerce (Hybris) Technical Consultant / Lead with strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development, implementation, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions, integrating SAP Commerce with SAP ERP, Data Hub, and

, and leading end-to-end technical implementations. This is an onsite role in Austin, TX from Day 1. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and support SAP Commerce (Hybris) applications for B2B and B2C environments. Lead technical implementation activities throughout the full SDLC. Customize SAP Commerce modules including CMS, WCMS, Product Catalog, Search, and Administration. Develop scalable REST and SOAP web services. Integrate SAP Commerce with SAP ERP, SAP Data Hub, and SAP CPQ. Participate in solution architecture and provide technical leadership for enterprise eCommerce platforms. Build and maintain Spring-based Java applications. Develop and execute ImpEx scripts, CronJobs, and data migration activities. Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Support web analytics integration and reporting requirements. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and offshore development teams. Drive application performance tuning and scalability improvements. Strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud development and customization. Hands-on experience integrating SAP Commerce with SAP ERP, Data Hub, and SAP CPQ. Strong Java/J2EE and Spring Framework development experience. Experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP services. Strong understanding of enterprise eCommerce architecture and integration patterns. Experience working in Onsite-Offshore delivery models. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP Certified Professional/Associate Certification. Basic ABAP debugging knowledge. Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers. Experience with application performance tuning and scalability optimization.
