We currently have full time day or night shift roles. No per diem.

What You’ll Do
At Woodridge, you’ll build long-term relationships with residents and their families, providing personalized care across long-term care , memory care , and sub-acute rehab units. You’ll work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment alongside nurses, providers, physical and occupational therapists.

✅ Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are:
- Licensed to practice in Vermont
- Experienced with at least 12 months of hospital-based nursing
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented
- Strong communicators with a positive attitude
