Provide appropriate instruction to students and ensure that the students meet the learning objectives and standards for the appropriate grade level/subject area. Responsible for planning and implementing WV academic standards, content, and objectives. Responsible for implementing adopted and supplemental academic programs. Responsible for implementing technology skills. Responsible for planning and implementing inclusion with special education students. Responsible for student achievement. Responsible for planning and implementing co-teaching as appropriate. Analyze data and plan academic support. Collaborate with other professional staff to enhance instruction. Responsible for planning and implementing designated co-curricular activities and/or programs at the school such as curricular fairs, awards programs, and field trips. Responsible for administering formative assessments. Responsible for planning and implementing personalized learning. Communicate with students, parents, and peers in an efficient manner. Foster a classroom climate conducive to learning. Address and implement students' IEPs and 504 Plans and recommends revisions when needed. Meet professional responsibilities. Maintain professional work habits and adhere to the Teacher Code of Conduct. Implement any other programs designated by principal for school improvement. Includes supervisory and/or other duties as assigned by Principal.
