Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia and post-anesthesia care for a range of surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams for seamless operating room function.
• Provide expertise across multiple surgical disciplines and service lines.
• Participate in on-call rotation including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Support trauma cases in various units as needed.
• Uphold safety protocols and comply with facility policies, including hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with eligibility to work in Nebraska.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Proficient in EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Comprehensive knowledge across neuro and various surgical service lines.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
