As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.ResponsibilitiesWarmly greet and assist patients upon arrival and dismissalAddress patient questions and concerns in accordance with company policiesManage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficientlyMaintain and update the appointment schedule in practice management softwareConfirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellationsRegister patients and ensure accurate chart filing and documentationHandle cash transactions accurately and responsiblyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting areaSupport local marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness and patient growthPerform additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Practice Development ManagerRequired Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 1 year of customer service experience requiredProfessional fluency in both English and Spanish requiredStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individualsExcellent multitasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detailBasic computer proficiencyPositive attitude, proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation and ability to travel between office locations as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsFrequent use of computers, phones, and office equipmentAbility to occasionally lift up to 15 poundsWorking ConditionsFast-paced environment with frequent patient interactionOpportunities for personal and professional growthStandard office hours with occasional schedule flexibility as neededJoin our team and become part of a supportive community dedicated to creating beautiful smiles and positively impacting lives.
