Senior Digital Strategy Lead, Accelerated Growth Team

Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business tests and priorities.Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business sale goals.Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and performer's offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels(e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects.Preferred qualifications:3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.2 years of experience working in the digital advertising industry or product area, and working in a matrixed organization.Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management with managing advertising or media campaigns.Experience in a leadership role.Ability to multitask, and experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail.Businesses of all shapes and sizes rely on Google’s unparalleled advertising solutions to help them grow in today's dynamic marketing environment.
