Interventional Pain Management Physician - Gainesville & Lake City, FloridaLocation: Gainesville, FL & Lake City, FL | Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Compensation: $325,000 – $375,000The OpportunityA dynamic and growing pain management practice in North Central Florida is seeking a skilled Interventional Pain Management Physician to join their outstanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary for the first 1-2 years, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. After the guarantee period compensation transitions to a production-based model - giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on patient volume and performance. You will split your time between two beautiful locations - 3 days per week in Gainesville and 2 days per week in Lake City - working alongside two experienced physicians and four mid-level providers in a collaborative and supportive environment.
