Hosts welcome and greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
Hosts seat guests, maintain and organize the host stand, and update the wait list.
Hosts create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Hosts are friendly, organized, and have a professional demeanor.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Host with Mad Mex Cranberry:

Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
Exceptional customer service skills
Restaurant experience not required

Physical requirements for Host with Mad Mex Cranberry:

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds

While specific scheduling needs may vary, in general applicants are expected to have availability to work a mix of both weekdays and weekends as well as a mix of daytime and closing (night) shift availability.
