Position Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions requests and general service needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people solving routine concerns and maintaining a professional approach in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products services and promotions
- Listen to customer concerns and assist with appropriate solutions
- Follow up on customer requests when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Assist customers during promotional activities and events
- Communicate customer needs and recurring concerns to the appropriate team
- Maintain a welcoming and professional customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Friendly patient and customer-focused
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple requests
- Previous customer service retail or hospitality experience is a plus
