We are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join an energetic call center team in Henderson, NV .
Whether you have previous customer service experience or are ready to learn, this opportunity provides the training, tools, and support needed to succeed. Leads and training are provided—you bring the motivation!

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to residential customers.
- Speak with customers about available energy solutions.
- Build rapport and identify customer needs.
- Recommend products and services based on each customer's situation.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
- Work toward established daily and weekly performance goals.
- Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and other business systems.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach during all customer interactions.
Work Environment
This position begins in-office .
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, call center, sales, or phone-based experience is a plus but not required .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident phone presence.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
