Commercial Lines Insurance AssistantSwarts, Manning & Associates, with locations in Nevada, California, and Utah, is seeking applicants for Commercial Lines Insurance Assistant in Las Vegas, Nevada. This opportunity is designed for individuals that have commercial lines experience and are ready to take a serious look at a change to an organization eager to help the person meet their goals and build a solid financial future.Manage customer needs for a well-established independent insurance agency by performing the following tasks:Assist account manager in providing high quality customer support.Files client activities accurately and in a timely manner into agency management system.Provides quoting support to account managers.Generates and distributes insurance certificates to clients.Files policies with state tax agency.Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients.Proofreads records, applications, and proposals.Maintain a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, certificates, and other relevant documents.Other duties as assigned.Experience Requirements:Holds appropriate P&C license. Professional designations a plus, e.g. CPCU, CIC, CISR etc.Insurance experience a plus.Competencies:Proven time management skills are necessary. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver timely and accurate work products with a customer service focus, and respond with a sense of urgency as required.Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions in order to determine a client's needs.
