Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionAdvancedPCB, a printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer, is seeking a reliable, motivated Plating Operator to join our growing company. The ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment, show a true sense of urgency, and be willing to cross-train.Job Description:Plating Technician - Experience working in a fast paced, production environment. Knowledge in production of printed circuit boards is a plus. This is a full-time position.Essential Job Functions:Operate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing through functions that include manual copper plating, gold immersion, electroless copper, electrolytic gold, outer layer etching, and hot air level processing.Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters.Carefully load racks in plating tanks while ensuring proper temperature/current of baths.Load the lineWork around chemicals and exercise safe chemical handlingFollow customers specificationsAbility to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs.Able to stand for long periods of timeMaintains and clean all department equipmentScrewing in items by hand (Tightening clamps manually)Ability to work with hands for extended periods of time.Position involves working with chemicals in a safe and monitored environment.Work Schedule:This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals.
