Job Overview
Bilingual Chinese-Speaking Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and recovery programs while communicating effectively in Chinese and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises, stretching, mobility activities, and functional training.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
- Current New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain the required license.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency must align with the clinic’s patient population.
