Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time role calls for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who is passionate about helping young learners develop their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP state licensure (or eligibility) in Connecticut
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY applicants considered
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly desired
• Previous experience in school-based environments or working with K-12 populations is a plus
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, both individually and in groups
• Assess, identify, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for IEPs, evaluations, and ongoing progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment
