Special Events Coordinator

Responsibilities Lead/assist amazing birthday parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children and families at each party. Qualifications Love having fun, giving high fives, and can play like a child (background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well). Live to serve and make others feel good. Kids and parents like you. Know when to have fun and when to buckle down and work. Benefits Guests walk out of our birthday parties wanting to have their party at The Little Gym too! Get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day. Athleisure wear is part of the daily dress code. Earn great tips from parents when communicating a birthday party. Flexible scheduling for students looking to pick up extra hours.
