AdventHealth Port Charlotte is seeking Board-Certified General Anesthesiologists to join our expanding anesthesia department in Port Charlotte, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who value a collegial team environment and the ability to help shape a growing program. Our anesthesia service model consists of five physicians and an experienced team of full time and per-diem CRNAs. Practice Info Anesthesia Care team of experienced Physicians and CRNAs Medical supervision practice model A mix of General & Vascular Surgery, Colorectal, Orthopedics, Urology, GI, OB/GYN, Neurosurgery (no Peds) 6 OR, 2 Endo, + 1 OB (+2 additional ORs being built) 247-bed hospital dedicated to providing whole-person care-body, mind, and spirit-to the communities of Charlotte County and beyond Only hospital in Charlotte County with a dedicated maternity unit Compensation Competitive Salary with additional compensation opportunities $50,000 Sign-On Bonus Benefits 12 Weeks' Time Off $6,000 CME/Licensures 401A & 403B Match Public Student Loan Forgiveness Relocation Assistance Shift & Schedule Week work shifts in the hospital: approx. 7a-5p (10-hour shifts) 50 post-call days off annually & only 150 clinical shifts per year Full-Time Position Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Anesthesiology Florida medical licensure Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality patient care
