Program Manager and Operational Effectiveness Lead page is loaded## Program Manager and Operational Effectiveness Leadlocations: US - MD, Bethesdatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 38993**Job Family:**Operational Effectiveness**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph**What You Will Do:*** Lead teams and growth within Guidehouse's Defense and Security Segment with a specific focus on our IC clients* Have on the ground presences and leadership over teams delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness support to our clients* Responsibility for outcome based performance of your teams and exceptional contract delivery* Ability to coordinate with colleagues to have an impactful and positive effective on business operations and growth* Manage client and team relationships through accountable project and contract management* Develop and mentor more junior staff**What You Will Need:*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph* Bachelor's degree* SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience as a Program Manager* SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience in a financial management discipline* Prior experience leading teams in business or finance related disciplines within he federal government* Active PMP, or equivalent PM certification**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** TEN (10)+ years' experience leading teams within the IC and familiarity with IC budget, systems, and governance* Experience and success with business growthThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
