This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role for a proven operator who understands real estate transactions, compliance, and multi‑stakeholder coordination . The ideal candidate brings structure, accountability, and a people‑first approach to scaling mission‑driven operations. What You’ll Do Streamline workflows and optimize operational systems for efficiency and clarity Develop SOPs, playbooks, and documentation that standardize excellence Strengthen tools and data practices across Smartsheet, Monday.com, Box, and CRM platforms Lead operational reviews, performance dashboards, and accountability processes Build a collaborative, high‑performing team culture rooted in trust and results Partner with compliance and finance teams to ensure accuracy and audit readiness Design scalable systems that reduce risk and support long‑term growth What You Bring 8–12+ years in operations, real estate, or housing-related roles ( affordable housing strongly preferred ) Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks Proven success implementing systems in transaction‑heavy environments Skilled in Smartsheet, Monday.com, and other workflow platforms Excellent communicator and strategic leader with a solution‑oriented mindset Why You’ll Love It $180K–$210K base + performance bonus Comprehensive benefits and hybrid work flexibility Mission‑driven culture expanding access to affordable housing in Los Angeles *************LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE************ Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
