Speech-Language Pathologist

$32-$41/hr OR $66,560-$85,280 per year,  W-2, Salary Available

A pediatric outpatient clinic in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist. Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply. With a waitlist ready and a full schedule buildable in just a few weeks, this is an opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact for kids who need it.

• Pediatric caseload
• All therapists trained in LAMP (Language Acquisition through Motor Planning)
• On-site CF supervisor with deep expertis-supervisory style is supportive and relationship-based
• Structured onboarding: new hires shadow before caseload begins

Position highlights:

• $32-$41/hr depending on experience and certifications
• First 90 days: hourly/clock in-clock out; transition to salary upon establishing a full caseload
• Open to full or part-time
• Flexible scheduling: 4x10 schedules available, 1–2 evening days expected with flexibility on other days

Qualifications:

• Active or pending PA SLP license
• Pediatric experience or strong interest in working with children
• Ability to work in-person in Carlisle, PA or Chambersburg, PA
• Collaborative, energetic, and committed to building lasting relationships with kids and families
