Compensation for Master's degree: $27.49 - $36.44

Additional Compensation: $2 2nd shift differential, $100 on-call rotation

We are seeking an Access Center Clinician OR BSW . This position provides crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for both adults and children. Activities may take place in a variety of settings and via face-to-face contact or telehealth (video or telephonic).

This position is full-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503. This position includes on-call, holiday and weekend rotation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR MASTER'S

• Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within three months of hire.
• Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis.
• Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and rationally.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR MASTER'S:

• Licensed Master Social Worker preferred.
• Credentialed through the Michigan Certificate Board for Addiction Professionals.
• Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
