Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for Emergency Department Travel Nurses!


- Shift: 12-hour Nights, 6 PM - 6:30 AM
- Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW)
- Setting: Fast-paced Emergency Department with 33 beds and 2 trauma bays
- Patient Volume: 125-140 patients per day
- Team Support:
- Charge Nurse on duty 24/7
- ED Technicians and Security available at all times
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS
- BLS
- TNCC
- PALS
- NIHSS
- Patient Care:
- Care for a variety of emergencies, including stroke, STEMI, trauma, and ACS
- Support from an IV Team and Respiratory Therapists available 24/7
- Floating Requirement: May need to float to nearby facilities within the region
- Orientation: 1 day of floor-specific orientation
- Cancellation Policy: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts for 13-week assignments
