Details Emergency Department providing 24-hour urgent care for severe injuries and illness 3rd shift schedule, 7p-7a 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours weekly 0.9 FTE position Requirements Active, unrestricted RN license (KY or compact) BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications required Annual Dysrhythmia Competency Validation required ADN or ASN required, BSN preferred Prior nursing experience preferred but not required Ability to assess age-specific patient safety needs and implement appropriate safety measures Strong communication and collaboration skills with care team members Additional Information Provide comprehensive nursing assessments, treatments, and care coordination for ED patients Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge processes including patient and family education Delegate and oversee care tasks performed by other team members Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities including patient satisfaction, falls prevention, and documentation audits Promote a healing, patient and family-centered environment American Traveler Job ID P-750327.
