Medical Assistant - CMA / MA

$1196.80/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing clinical and administrative tasks to support healthcare providers. Responsibilities: Facilitate blood draws, lab tests, and venipuncture procedures with proficiency. Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with immunization and vaccination requirements, including flu vaccines. Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments to uphold infection control standards. Follow all safety protocols and demonstrate flexibility with floating to different clinic locations. Qualifications: Min of 2 years of certified Medical Assistant experience. Graduate from a DAPIP-accredited Medical Assistant program; national certifications not accepted. Possess a valid BLS certification (AHA or ARC only). Be proficient with blood draws, lab procedures, and venipuncture. Have a high school diploma or GED. Hold a valid California Medical Assistant certification and, if applicable, LVN license with IV certification.
