Your Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while driving accountability toward established recruiting goals and KPIs. Develop workforce plans and recruiting strategies based on hiring forecasts, business needs, and local market conditions. Allocate recruiting resources effectively to ensure hiring priorities are supported across assigned markets. Build strong partnerships with senior leadership, site leaders, and clients to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions. Conduct regular site visits throughout assigned markets to understand hiring challenges, employee needs, client expectations, and opportunities to improve retention. Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on employer branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, and external partnerships. Develop, improve, and document recruiting processes to create consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the Talent Acquisition function. Monitor recruiting trends, labor market conditions, emerging technologies, and sourcing tools to identify new opportunities for talent attraction. Ensure recruiting and hiring practices align with applicable legal requirements and Metro One policies and procedures. Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and reporting related to hiring performance, internal placements, promotions, job rotations, and other key Talent Acquisition measures. Partner with site leadership to provide insights and recommendations related to employee engagement, retention, internal mobility, and workforce trends. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience. 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or developing recruiting teams. Demonstrated ability to analyze hiring needs, workforce data, and market conditions to develop effective staffing strategies. Experience improving recruiting processes related to ATS platforms, interviewing, onboarding, Talent Acquisition metrics, workforce forecasting, or related areas. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with internal leaders, clients, and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel within assigned regional markets up to 40%, with occasional national travel as needed.
