Pro-Bono Community Engagement Deputy Lead

JerseySTEM is seeking a Community Engagement Deputy Department Head to lead and support engagement strategies for afterschool STEM programs aimed at underserved middle school girls. The role requires leadership, outreach experience, and digital proficiency. This pro-bono position involves collaboration with schools and universities to enhance STEM education, along with team management of 4-5 Area Managers.
