Marketing Director

Reports To: Founder / Executive Leadership Lifecycle Ownership: Global brand strategy and execution across markets, audiences, branches and partner channels. Position Summary The Marketing Director leads Dwello's brand, content, campaigns, events and educational platform at a mini-mortgage-company level. The role converts business objectives into a coherent market presence and equips teams and partners with differentiated, compliant growth tools. Key Responsibilities Brand and content leadership Own Dwello's identity, voice, messaging, visual standards and brand assets. Lead content strategy for consumers, Realtors, builders, investors, homeowners and past clients. Direct social, email, video, print, web, photography and storytelling production. Assist Loan Officers with personal marketing endeavors. Campaigns, events and education Develop integrated campaigns and the creative content used in Candid lifecycle programs. Plan classes, workshops, community initiatives, sponsorships and large-scale events. Create training decks, class collateral, invitations, signage, programs and co-branded materials. Coordinate event logistics and marketing department budgeting with the Executive Assistant. Brand experience and measurement Own gifts, surcees, swag, branded materials and vendor relationships. Maintain marketing calendar, project management, performance reporting and campaign learning in conjunction with the Executive Assistant Partner with Production Manager on automation delivery while retaining ownership of content and brand quality. Acknowledge routine request within one business day. Standard approved deliverable within three to five business days. Event plan 45-60 days in advance; major events 90+ days. Key Performance Indicators Brand consistency and content cadence. Campaign engagement and lead influence. Event attendance, partner participation and follow-up. Delivery against marketing calendar. Partner and team satisfaction with marketing support. Works within defined budged allowance for marketing activities/events Does not own Candid technical administration or loan-level data integrity. Does not perform routine file communication, document collection or operational follow-up. Does not accept incomplete requests without resetting scope, priority and deadline.
