SAP CX Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced SAP CX Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale SAP Customer Experience transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP CX architecture expertise and experience delivering CRM transformation programs across complex enterprise environments. What you'll do
- Lead SAP CX strategy, architecture, and implementation engagements
- Define CRM transformation roadmaps and customer engagement strategies
- Design enterprise-scale SAP CX solutions aligned with business goals
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Lead platform assessments, solution design, and implementation delivery
- Support pre-sales activities and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Extensive experience as an SAP CX Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 and SAP Service Cloud Version 2
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite
- Experience with SAP Customer Data solutions
- Knowledge of AI-enabled customer engagement capabilities
- Strong background in CRM transformation, enterprise architecture, and solution delivery
- Experience leading customer engagement strategy and CRM platform assessments
- Experience in utility, energy, public sector, or commercial industries
- Experience leading executive workshops and governance initiatives
- Pre-sales and business case development experience
