Environmental Services Technician

Join the team at Monarch Landing! This position is full-time, Sunday through Thursday.

Monarch Landing is an award-winning senior living community located in north Naperville. You'll be part of a team that values its employees and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for our residents.

We're looking for a hospitality-minded Environmental Services Technician to help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, guests, and employees.

What You'll Do

As an Environmental Services Technician, you will:

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the community.
• Complete floor care and other assigned housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with community-wide trash and recycling collection.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Help ensure common areas and resident spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to our residents.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months of janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
• A dependable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• A hospitality-focused approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
