ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES MANAGER

EVS Supervisor Autobahn Country Club – Joliet, IL Autobahn Country Club is seeking a motivated EVS Supervisor / Manager to lead our Environmental Services team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily cleaning operations, managing schedules, ordering supplies, and ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for members and guests. This is a working supervisor position, meaning you will both lead the team and assist with daily cleaning tasks when needed. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily EVS team activities
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
• Train and support team members on cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across bathrooms, common areas, and facilities
• Assist with cleaning duties alongside the team as needed
• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE
• Communicate with management regarding facility needs and team performance

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
• Ability to work well with team members, members, and guests

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$25 per hour depending on experience
