Morgan Tanner & Associates focuses on connecting great people to great opportunities in the service industry. We work with route-based, restoration, and emergency services companies nationwide to recruit management and sales representatives. We are working with a rapidly expanding residential service company.
Our client is looking for a General Manager to lead their team in their Corona, California market. This position will focus on growing sales and profits while developing a management team and field professionals
.

- esRecruit sales and production teams using active recruiting metho
- dsCoach and develop sales & service team using hands-on training metho
- dsMonitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service tea
- msGrow customer sales base in residential and commercial marke
- tsWork as a liaison with various Home Office representativ
- esCreate goals and objectives for the Management team to assume added responsibiliti
- esEnsure monthly and annual sales quotas are achiev

Requirements include a minimum of five years’ Region, General, or Branch Management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, restoration or mitigation or catastrophe, plumbing, HVAC, and other related fiel
ds.
