Remote RN Case Manager: Care Coordination & Outcomes
Texas Health Institute
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Telephone Case Manager RN to support a diverse member population with education, advocacy, and connections to resources needed to improve health outcomes. The role involves high-volume, remote member interactions and close coordination for quality care.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM EST, with shifts spanning normal business hours and nights until 8 PM. Remote work is available from anywhere in the U.S.
