Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement

CVS Health is seeking an RN Case Manager for a 100% remote role. Candidates must live in PST or MST and hold an active RN license; compact licensure preferred. You will assess, plan, implement and coordinate case management activities telephonically and in person to support member wellness, using clinical tools and data. Normal hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm in residence time zone with flexible scheduling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
