The role includes local port and customer deliveries throughout the Los Angeles and Long Beach area with no-touch freight. This TransForce driving opportunity offers a consistent local route and the support of a dedicated TransForce team. This role requires a Hazmat endorsement, port driving experience, and the ability to operate a manual-transmission tractor. Pay & Schedule Pay: $30 per hour Estimated weekly gross: $1200 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM start Weekend work may be available Assignment type: Temp-to-hire What You'll Be Doing Transport intermodal containers between the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports and local customer locations. Complete deliveries throughout Compton, Santa Fe Springs, Whittier, Vernon, Carson, and surrounding areas. Haul general freight, household goods, and paper products using manual-transmission equipment. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery paperwork. Communicate with dispatch about arrival times, delays, port issues, equipment concerns, and completed deliveries.
