At Univest, you'll be part of a team that values relationships, supports the communities we serve, and invests in your growth, so you can make a difference every day while building a rewarding career.ResponsibilitiesBRANCH HOURS (some locations may vary):Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 4 pmFriday: 8 am – 6 pmSaturday: 8 am – 12 pm (2-3 per month are required)POSITION INCLUDES:Perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accuratelyAdhere to all procedures including operational and corporate customer service guidelinesOperate technology as requiredSupervision of teller operationsIncreased responsibility and adherence in signing authorityCompletion of the Excel Level 1 course and completion of the Univest University Supervisor Certificate ProgramIdentify customer needs and cross sell opportunities to develop new businessDevelop working relationships with integrated partnersProactively initiate sales conversationsParticipation and management of tele-consulting effortsDevelop knowledge and understanding of Univest Products and ServicesLeverage bank promotionsAdhere to outlined sales flowLearn and become proficient in daily operational proceduresActively participate in branch activities, development and training programsManage and coach staff to desired performance levelsResponsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of ConductPerform additional duties as requiredQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma/GED or equivalencyAttention to detail and ability to prioritizeExperience in Retail Sales or Telemarketing with proven sales resultsStrong written/verbal/organizational skillsDemonstrated leadership/supervisory abilityEnergetic and engaging interpersonal communication skillsPrevious experience with MS Office SuitePrevious banking experience or completion of ABA Banking Basics suiteProficiency in daily operational proceduresCompletion of training in SSR Suite TrainingComplete notary training if applicableNeat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dressComplete the Univest University Supervisor Certificate Program and the "Coaching for Performance Excellence" course.Obtain NMLS registrationWage Range:The salary for this position starts at $25.00/hrBenefits Overview:Univest offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Health Insurance: Medical, dental and vision coverage (single or family; begins the first of the month following start date)Retirement Plan: Participation in 401(k) plan with up to a 3% employer match after 6 months of employmentPaid Time Off (PTO): 15 days annually (prorated your first year)Short Term Disability: 10 days annually of sick time with a doctors note (prorated your first year)Holiday Time Off: 11 paid holidaysCommissions: paid quarterly based on individual and team productionWe offer company paid life insurance: as well as other supplemental insurancesTuition reimbursementEmployee Wellness programs: including fitness club discounts and fitness tracker discounts/ annual reimbursementDiscounts: on loan productsProfessional development trainingsAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
