Role Description
Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto.
Actualmente buscamos un (a) Líder Técnico.
Qualifications
- Líder Técnico con más de 4 años de experiencia con los siguientes skills:
- Desarrollo en .NET (.NET Framework y/o .NET Core).
- Desarrollo frontend con Angular.
- Servicios de integración: SOAP, WCF y patrones de integración empresarial.
- Plataforma cloud Microsoft Azure: AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), App Services, y servicios asociados.
- SQL Server: diseño, optimización de consultas y administración básica.
- Monitoreo y observabilidad: Application Insights, telemetría y gestión de logs.
- Diseño y documentación de arquitecturas de software (diagramas C4, UML, ADRs o similares).
- Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y acompañando definiciones de arquitectura.
- Capacidad demostrada para analizar problemas complejos y proponer soluciones escalables.
- Habilidad para diseñar componentes transversales y reutilizables a nivel organizacional.
Requirements
- Deseables:
- Conocimientos en Inteligencia Artificial (modelos de lenguaje, integración de servicios de IA, Azure OpenAI o similares).
- Experiencia con Windows Forms o aplicaciones de escritorio legadas.
- Familiaridad con metodologías de optimización de performance (profiling, caching, tuning de consultas).
- Certificaciones en Microsoft Azure (Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect).
- Experiencia con contenedores y orquestación: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Conocimiento en prácticas de DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, infraestructura como código).
- Experiencia proponiendo y estableciendo estándares de documentación técnica en organizaciones.
- Conocimiento en patrones de arquitectura: microservicios, event-driven, CQRS.
